Kirby Retail Park

We worked with GMI construction as part of their project on a 91,000-square-foot site to create a 45,000-square-foot Morrisons superstore, a petrol station, a car park, a 20,000-square-foot Home Bargains and a Taco Bell and KFC drive-thru.

J&P Road Surfacing was responsible for creating all car parking areas within the retail park and the drive-thru. With our deep understanding of the unique requirements of road surfacing for car parks, we took a comprehensive approach to ensure that the car park and drive-thru were not only visually appealing but also functional and safe for both drivers and pedestrians.

We started by conducting a thorough assessment of the site. Then, we developed a customised surfacing plan that included the right materials, equipment and techniques to deliver the desired result for the client.

During the construction phase, our skilled team worked to ensure the surfacing was laid accurately and efficiently. In addition, we paid meticulous attention to detail, such as proper drainage, levelling and line marking, as well as complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
