Centrix Business Park is a 15.8-hectare mixed-use development site on the Willowbrook Industrial Estate in Corby, and J&P Road Surfacing was commissioned to carry out surfacing work on the car park area.
The project involved a comprehensive road surfacing solution for the entire car park, which included:
- Site preparation – our team conducted a thorough site inspection and prepared the car park surface to ensure proper drainage and a solid foundation for the road surface.
- Road surface installation – we used the latest road surfacing techniques and high-quality materials to install a smooth, durable road surface to withstand traffic flow and harsh weather conditions.
- Line marking – our team marked car parking spaces, traffic lanes, pedestrian areas and other necessary markings to ensure safe and organised traffic flow.
The road surfacing project was completed within the timeline agreed upon with the client and was completed on budget.
